You’ll notice this badge on my right column, and it has been there for some time now. Thanks to many generous people, both during my Christmas Card Challenge and even before, we raised $385 in 2008. Considering the recent credit crunch all over the world, I think that is a respectable total.
If you care to click over now, you’ll see that this year’s fundraiser is water related – a resource we here in our drought-prone land understand is critical to conserve and keep sanitary. We’re just lucky (most) of us have that capability. Many others don’t.
This fundraiser will go until New Years Eve.
