some iphone 'toy camera' shots

The last two photos I’ve posted, and the ones you see in the collage above, were all taken with my iPhone. The first thing I did when I got it set up properly was get the ‘toy camera’ application because I was so impressed when Penni did a post talking about it. So, I guess I’m a copycat. Hope you don’t mind, P!

I’ve long wanted to take better photographs and have even priced entry-level SLRs (you should’ve seen a friend’s face – who knows about cameras – when I mistakenly called it a SLK. ‘Erm, that’s a car.’) They are beyond me, price wise, but this application more than suits my needs for the time being – and only for a couple of dollars!

{On top of the cost of the phone, yes…}

The above shots don’t give much of an insight into the variety of filters and tones you can get. Whisker’s shot the other day was in high saturation, I think. The green you see above is ‘vintage green’. Keira’s face is in HiCon Black and White. My face – and rather surprising cleavage – is in Rich Black & White.

Lots of fun. More than enough to satisfy.
