The next 10 days are going to be busy.

Sunday 23rd: I’ll be at Federation Square selling books as part of the Emerging Writers’ Festival Page Parlour from 12pm.

Monday 24th: I’ll be at the Wheeler Centre at 7pm talking about Miscellaneous Voices with Estelle Tang. Also there will be Carla Del Vecchio who will be reading an extract from her piece in the book.

Thursday 27th: I’ll be at Ivanhoe library from 2 – 4.30pm as part of the Yarra Plenty Regional Library ‘Living Library’ event. I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned this yet? (I don’t think?) Naughty me.

Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th: I’ll be in town for the Emerging Writers’ Festival. The session I’m hosting (Sunday 11am) is ‘From Here to There – Coming Home‘. I’m looking forward to it as I’ve read Coming Home and have lots of questions to ask Phillipa.

Tickets for the EWF here!

Updated to mention: I’d also like to share the link to a mention of Miscellaneous Voices made by 21st Century Learning, a blog from the University of Western Sydney. The mention alone is lovely, but I will go back there and spend some time at that site as it discusses the research into how blogs, technology etc are being used in the 21st Century classroom. Very interesting.
