A year ago later this week, Miscellaneous Voices went to the printers and to celebrate this anniversary I’ve discounted it for a limited time. All you need to do is click on the sidebar or go over to the Miscellaneous Press website where you can make the purchase for $15.95 plus free postage.

I can’t recall if I’ve said here for the record or not yet, and there’s been a fair bit of search activity coming in – going by the traffic stats – about whether submissions will be opening again soon or not. Or, basically, if there will be a Miscellaneous Voices #2. The short answer is I’m still deciding. However, I’m interested to hear what you think – either if you’ve read it or if you’re a hopeful contributor. Comment away!

This leads me to one final question: in the past year or so, what blog posts have stood out to you as being outstanding or moving, worthy of similar anthologising? Leave links to these in the comments too, if you wish – or tweet them to me, or email. They can be somebody else’s or yours (don’t be shy). I’m wondering if I’ve seen them already or if I’ll be pointed in the direction of new blog treasures.
