frustrated

I’ve not been 100% these past few days, but I’ll save that post for another time (Spoiler alert! It will contain Valium references!)

Even so, the writing train must choo-choo along and I’ve bounded myself in a nutshell locked myself here in my jail nook to get some work done. We were supposed to be away this weekend, but cancelled at the last minute due to rain.

And you know what this means, right? The kids are pissed off and are exacting their revenge in high-pitched, whingeing sentences. I’ve been interrupted countless times. Here’s a little from that sacred text, a Reading from the Book of How to Annoy Your Already Pretty On-Edge Mother:

I’m bored. I’m hungry. I’m bored. I’m hungry. I’m hungry. I’m hungry. I’m hungry. There’s nothing to eat. She hit me. He hit me harder. I want to watch television. Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? Can I play your iphone? I’m still hungry. I’m still bored. Mum, your iphone is dead.

And repeat.

If you are participating in NaBloPoMo leave your name and link URL for the day in Mr Linky. If you’ve blogged about your NaNoWriMo or PiBoIdMo experiences you are welcome to leave your link as well. Please only use the Linky for these reasons and a link back here would be appreciated.

I’m supporting Movember this month. Here is my fundraiser page.
