Giant Toy Spectacular

Big W launched their annual toy sale online last week, to be followed in-store this coming Thursday (27th June). As part of their promotional campaign they released results from recent survey findings that were quirky enough to land spots on morning television to be discussed at length. Basically, 68% of parents like to play with their kids’ toys once they’re in bed or not around. This isn’t really news to me considering I strong arm Riley out of the way to check how my dinosaurs are doing in the Jurassic Park Builder game on the iPad and you get a Nerf gun in Adam’s hands and you’ll be waiting a while until he puts it down again.

But one toy strikes true fear into my heart – this one.

This said, the kids have never really been very ‘toy’ oriented. Our time is typically divided between the board game aisle or the console game stand, and their list is already starting to grow.

Perhaps you’re in the same camp?

Well, I can help. Thanks to Big W I have three (3) $100 vouchers to giveaway to spend at the toy sale before it ends on July 10th (of course, you can use it afterwards). I’m sure that will help the family budget – it would for ours!

Please read the fine print below and if you enter – good luck!

Giveaway rules

1) You must be an Australian resident.
2) To enter you can enter one of the 2 ways below, or both if you like (a maximum of 2 entries):

Leave a comment saying what toy(s) you would buy if you won the voucher.[1 entry]
Tweet the link to this post (button at bottom of post) and come back to leave the Tweeted link here (so I can verify)[1 entry].

3) This competition will close at 12pm Tuesday 2 July in order for the winner to receive their voucher in time before the sale ends.
4) If contact cannot be made with the winner I reserve the right to draw another.
5) The winner will be determined by a random number generator.

Thanks Big W! Thanks for reminding me it’s six months TODAY until Christmas! What?!
