It’s been a strange week. Something about sticking a public holiday at either, or both, ends presses the rest of the days together. So here we are again and I’m struggling to think of what I accomplished. Little things. But little things matter.
Before I go any further, I will be closing registrations for My Creative Process in 24 hours. (9.30am Saturday morning, 2nd April.) Lessons begin on Sunday.
Without further delay, here are some delights worth celebrating from around the internet:
- Here’s an interesting piece about the life of a self-published best-selling author. Yes, it’s work. (I find it surprising people would think it’s anything else!)
- Everyone’s feeling old now we know Dexter Fletcher is 50 years old.
- If you want to fundraise while doing fun runs (*cough* $3,626.41 for the marathon *cough*) this great article gives you ideas on how to do it/how to get even more money. Next time I do… something… I’ll aim higher! $4K!
- Over at Better Reading, they have a post on the benefits of hosting a Great Book Swap. This is on my list of things I really want to do at the end of the year. Would you come to one if I hosted it? Let me know.
What are you celebrating this week?
