The Creative Life Podcast: Episode Twenty-One

This is a special episode to finish the first season of The Creative Life podcast – a recording of my keynote speech at the recent Small Press Network Independent Publishing Conference.

The theme was ‘Why Wait?’ and covers a wide range of topics including my formative years, university, blogging, publishing and how – at least for me – it’s all weaved together and helped me creative something of a ‘career’ (as nebulous as that term often is). You’ll be able to listen to the speech below and follow along – I hope – with the slides as I reference them.

The photo credit in the second slide goes to my talented cousin Rachael Fowler Photography. It’s my grandparents’ farm – isn’t it beautiful?

The podcast will return next year. If you’ve enjoyed it, please let me know and I’d love to hear suggestions or feedback. Did you like the author interviews or my solo episodes? Or the mixture of both? My thanks for the support. x
