I really wanted to make this a momentous kind of post…the one with a trumpet fanfare and confetti floating down from the heavens, with me standing in the middle and holding up my book going, “Yeah! We did it!”
But in all honesty, I’ve spent the best part of the day picking up the books, sorting the books, delivering them, then packaging up all the orders that have already come in. And I’m pooped. And slightly sweaty.
Then I got a call from QLD from a seller there on my home number. Lucky I was here as our answering machine message consists of the usual, “You’ve reached our house and we’re not here blah blah” but Adam has the kids doing most of the talking, so it’s pretty garbled. More often than not we have people hang up because I’m sure they haven’t a clue what the hell’s going on.
