• Keira and I went on a girls trip to Savers this morning and got some great bargains – I may blog some of these later.
The cost price of our entire spree was $50 – just a tad over what I know is retail price for a pinafore Keira got.
  • We went to the library so Keira can borrow more ‘Go Girl’ books. Finally – finally – we’ve found a beginner/early reader series she adores.
  • I went for a short run down at the oval while…
  • … Riley rode alongside on his bike to show me just how well he’s doing without training wheels.
  • Adam and I finally sorted the herbs and spices shelf in the kitchen. (Turns out all out of date dried herbs smell like dust, and that no one needs four jars of cinnamon sugar.)
  • I ironed, so I got to control the television for a short time.
  • I sorted out my clothes cupboard, discarding those to go back to Savers.
  • We gardened.
  • We cleaned the garage so we can finally get the car back in there! (we haven’t been able to since the renovations).
  • I had a bath and read some food porn. Yes, I’ve relapsed, I need an intervention.goofing around

    Great day.
