Blah blah Blah blah Blah blah Blah blah-di Blah blah-blah…..!!

The sounds of the kid’s babble at 6.00pm sounds like the above, a symphony of abrasive taunts to my ears, and I ignore it successfully – usually.

Adam: Are you listening to them?

Karen: I listen to this all day. Can’t I tune out now and then?

Adam: LISTEN.

So I do, and the blah-blah’s turn into this:

“Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger! Bugger!”

Adam: You’re the only one who says that around here.

Ah…Yes. Thanks children. Rat out the ole’ ma.
