Well, hello November! I’ve been part-excited, part-terrified to meet you.

While many people are off at the racetrack standing in interminable lines to get alcohol and sink their high heel shoes into the squishy ground – like I did last year – I’m going to take this opportunity to go over the big month ahead. In case you missed it, I’m in NaBloPoMo and NaNoWriMo and I’m also going to give PiBoIdMo (Picture Book Idea Month) a crack. So! Intravenous Red Bull for me!

To give my writing here on Miscellaneous Mum a bit of order, I’ll be running things a little more regimentally than usual.

Thursdays: Thrifty Thursday
Fridays: Will be a day for more creative or arts-related posts (poems, reviews, thoughts etc.)
Saturdays: ‘1 Recipe a Week for a Year’ challenge

The rest will be done as normal – meaning where, how, and as best as I can!

Chookas, guys!

If you are participating in NaBloPoMo leave your name and link URL for the day in Mr Linky. If you’ve blogged about your NaNoWriMo or PiBoIdMo experiences you are welcome to leave your link as well. Please only use the Linky for these reasons and a link back here would be appreciated.

I’m supporting Movember this month. Here is my fundraiser page.
