These holidays have gone by quickly; so fast in fact that I’m quite sorry (this once!) that school goes back today. You see, between my being at work and Adam taking the kids away last week, plus Easter, I didn’t really feel I’d seen them very much, let alone spend any quality time in their company.

This past weekend was different. We lazed around, I let them all fool around on Minecraft for longer than was probably wise or healthy. We went for walks. When we mustered up a little bit of energy we went into the city to see the Best of Independent Games Festival 2012 at Federation Square:

Melbourne

We went to the markets:

Had coffee:

Ordered Fish and Chips:

Miss 7, almost 8

And it was all good.

Fingers crossed for a good term two, eh?
